The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has not only changed the way we live & work but has also greatly impacted our business practices and cultures in a way from where there is no going back. Every business had to prepare for contingencies even before the pandemic struck but the magnitude of impact that this pandemic has left or shall leave will make us re-think & re-work our very own contingency plans as well.

The opportunity is to make our business practices more humane, one that gives more importance to our workforce and to our environment because if there is something that this pandemic has taught us is that no amount of money or profits can ever be sustained unless our surroundings & our people are at peace.
It is also an opportunity to explore new business ideas that can thrive in the post covid world. It is the time to promote creativity, to engage various stakeholders and to strategize costs and budgets in a renewed way.
There is no one sure-shot way for a successful business recovery, its about applying various permutations & combinations and analyzing the results keeping our core values & missions at the helm.
